Bastion has announced the appointment of Luke Karmali, former UK editor and video host at IGN.
“Over the three and a half years that Luke was at IGN he built up a deep understanding of the games industry and honed his skills in production as a frequent host of IGN’s video features. With Bastion’s recent account wins and the launch of our new video division, Turnstile Productions, Luke was a natural choice to join the team,” commented Bastion MD Dean Barrett.
Karmali will work on the Azubu, Epic and NCsoft accounts as well as lead several new video projects.
“The time was right to fly from the IGN nest. The diversity of accounts that Bastion has as well as its ambitions in the video space made this a very attractive move. I’m looking forward to getting to grips with the ‘dark side’ and making some films for clients that have a real punch,” enthused Karmali.
Bastion recently won the Azubu account and launched Turnstile Productions to offer high impact cost effective video solutions for PR, content and broadcast.
